Board Certified Audiologist
Dr. Steven Roelofs served patients in Eugene, Oregon City, and Lake Oswego before becoming the director of hearing health care in the Salem office. Steven learned the principals of leading through service at St. Paul and Marist High Schools in Eugene. The desire to assist family members with hearing loss was his motivation to enter the field of audiology.
Steven finds assisting patients to improve their quality of life a highly rewarding profession. He is also interested in working with family members of his hearing impaired patients to best assist them in support of their loved ones. Steven’s interest and proficiency in the new and emerging technology available in the Salem office has proved vital in finding the very best, affordable hearing solution for each patient in his care.
Steven is married to Ashley, an Early Child Intervention Specialist, and together they have two young sons with another son expected in the spring.
Dusty Stegall Audiology Assistant
I am happily married to the love of my life and we have a beautiful daughter. My interests include collecting classic cars, car events, and spending time with my friends and family.
I started working for Dr. Allan Mehr in 2000 as an Office Manager. After three years, I was trained as an Audiology Assistant. I love working in the Audiology field because I get great satisfaction in the changes that a hearing aid can make in our patient’s lives. I trust and respect the way Dr. Mehr treats his patients.
I am the receptionist at Dr. Mehr’s office. I have been happily married for over 15 years; I have 5 great kids and 1 beautiful grandson. When i’m not working, I love to play video games with my sons, go to garage sales, and read. My family is very involved at our church and that takes up most free time we have.
I started working for Dr. Mehr in 2011. I always strive to take care of our patients like they were a part of my family. I love working at Dr. Mehr’s because I get to see the way a hearing aid can drastically change the quality of our patient’s lives.
